Builtup prohibition zones power lines

Builtup prohibition zones power lines for the areas around the Statnett high voltages overhead power lines. Statnett is the system operator of the Norwegian power system, owning and operating the transmission grid. The builtup prohibition zones for the power lines restricts activities such as new buildings in the zones.

Statnett require prior notification before construction work (machinery and equipment) that may reach within 30 meteres of any power lines.
