Statlige fartsgrenser på sjøen for fritidsfartøy

The dataset shows state speed limits at sea for recreational vessels valid from 01.01.2022. A recreational craft is defined as a vessels that have a maximum length of up to 24 meters, and that are not used in commercial activities. The limitations are given by the Regulations on state speed limits at sea according to the Ports and Waters Act §7.

Statement: I de tilfeller der Kystverket har videreført fartsgrenser fra tidligere kommunal fartsbegrensning, er datagrunnlaget kopiert fra datasett opprettet av Kartverket sjø. Kystverket regulerer kun fart for fritidsfartøy innenfor hoved- og biled, og derfor er fartsgrensene klippet etter hoved- og bileds arealavgrensing.
