Interactive map tool showing data connected to aquaculture and fisheries. The Directorate's data can here be seen in conjunction with other relevant data for use in the management of costal and marine areas. There is a selection of background maps to choose from, including satelite photographs. The service features a useful search facility- users can search for places or themes within the map. Maps can be shared by email or link, or can be printed out. Most of the data is downloadable. There is a user guide for the service.

Sediment waves on the sea floor. The data set is digitized on the basis of detailed bathymetry / shaded relief map.

Moraine ridges and small moraines in fjords and on Norwegian continental shelf, shown as lines.
-
Regular grids with 50m x 50m resolution which show the terrain variation on the seafloor in Norwegian sea/ocean areas. The grid model was generated by interpolating the original depth data from the primary database of the Norwegian Mapping Authority Hydrographic Service. Therefore the data has varying quality with regard to the reliability of both the positions and the depths.
-
Ridges with unspecified origin, on seabed in fjords and on Norwegian continental shelf.

The dataset provides an overview of sedimentation rates in the upper ten centimetres of seabed sediments in the North Sea and Skagerrak. Results are quantitative and were estimated with spatial modelling methods. Uncertainties of the estimates are provided as well.
